SCS Software has issued 1.2 beta patch for retail version of 18 Wheels of Steel Convoy in last week. The patch is available on ValuSoft Support page. This patch does not apply to Trymedia downloaded versions of the game yet.
The 1.02 patch for 18 Wheels of Steel Convoy does not address the issue with the ATI cards and its newest set of drivers. ATI and the developer are working together to try to fix this issue. In mean time to get the game to run you'll need to go to an earlier drive. That driver is located here.

18 Wheels of Steel Convoy official site has been updated. You can download official free truck pack and modify your vehicles as you wish ;-)
Please read description made by SCS Software below:
Download mod_skeleton_skin.zip and unpack it.
You will get the "\vehicle\truck..." folder structure with original truck paints. Choose the paint you want to modify (ex. vehicle\truck\fcl\paint0.dds) and edit it.
Create new .zip archive (without compression !) and add the modified file into it (use the same folder structure as the original mod_skeleton_skin.zip). Copy the created archive into the game's mod folder. You do not need (and do not want) to include all the unchanged files into your new mod archive, just put the modified files into it!
Run the game and enjoy the new MOD.

The site TruckPol has more visitors since last update. It is nice for me and I am grateful for your active interest. Unfortunately TruckPol bandwidth limit per month is used in the middle of each one. The main reason is direct linking to my resources from other sites. So you can see sometimes a stupid message "I'm sorry, The sites is temporary closed due to bandwidth limit". Of course in Polish language..
PLEASE! DON'T LINK TO MY RESOURCES DIRECTLY. You can copy pictures to your website and then share it as you want.

One of our largest collections of interactive entertainment titles to date, they are showing a blockbuster lineup across all genres of gaming, including first-person action titles, real-time strategy, simulation and role-playing games, set across history and in deep space, on both land and sea.

Pope John Paul II has died

Pope John Paul II dies at the age of 84 following heart failure, ending one of the longest papacies in history. Pope John Paul II died at 2137 local time (1937 GMT) on Saturday following a series of worsening health problems including heart failure. Born Karol Wojtyla in 1920 near Krakow, Poland, John Paul was an excellent sportsman in his youth. He became Pope in 1978. John Paul's reign saw radical changes in the world including the collapse of communism.

"Our Holy Father John Paul has returned to the house of the Father"

Jan Pawel 2

Millions of Catholics around the world have been praying for the Pope, and a special Mass was held for him in Rome where crowds are maintaining a vigil.
The Pope's vicar general of Rome said the pontiff was already "at one" with Jesus Christ. He "already sees and touches the Lord," Cardinal Camillo Ruini told a packed Mass in Rome's St John Lateran cathedral.

In the Pope's homeland, Poland, churches have been packed with worshippers throughout the day. The Archbishop of Krakow (Cracow - the place where I live), Franciszek Macharski - a long-time friend of the Pope - told his audience: "Do not feel shame at showing your emotion and at shedding tears."
